15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We know you'll love your WindPouch. However, if you are not satisfied with your WindPouch product upon delivery, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so that we can make things right. You may return your unused or like-new product within 15 days of delivery for refund with proof of purchase from our website or authorized reseller.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our quality. WindPouch products carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects on products purchased from authorized resellers with proof of purchase. (We do not support warranties for purchases made on eBay or non-WindPouch Amazon Market Place sellers.)

Normal Wear + Tear

Please note: Our warranty does not apply to products that have been mis-used, abused, nor to normal wear-and-tear. WindPouch is not a floatation device and returns/exchanges  with water exposure will not be accepted. Warranty applies with proof of purchase from our website or authorized reseller. Cost of shipping will be deducted from all refunds of non-defective merchandise.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with any WindPouch product upon delivery, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so that we can make things right. We do our best to process returns and exchanges within 7 business days.

Recycling: We take responsibility for the products we create, and never want our products to end up in a landfill. If a product has reached the end of its lifecycle, please send it back to us and we will find a use for the materials.
