Returns and Repairs

Returns + Exchanges 
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so we can help make things right. Returns + Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery in new or like new condition with no visible wear + tear. We do our best to process returns + exchanges within 7 business days.
Buyer must pay for return shipping if not covered by our warranty or return / exchange is not due to our error.

1. Please contact Customer Service at help@windpouch.com or (678) 428-5805 for a Return Authorization number. 
2. Fill out RMA Form for Returns/Exchanges
3. Please make sure the item(s) is in new / like new condition, clean and with all original packaging and components
4. Pack the the item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box and include the RMA form 
5. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to include the RA number on the shipping label. 

Repairs
At WindPouch we strive to make the best inflatable hammocks, but accidents do happen and we are happy to offer repairs possible. Common repairs include tears and liner replacements. Tears larger than 2 inches and burn holes cannot be repaired.

3. Please make sure the item(s) is clean and dry.
4. Pack the the item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box and include the RMA form

Do it yourself Repairs
All WindPouch inflatable hammocks include a patch for small tears on the go.
For liner replacements we offer the Pouch Patch kit available here

Missing Parts
If you have misplaced any parts such as stakes or carry bags please contact customer service and will be happy to find replacments for you.
